let the good times roll.

i saw this idea a while ago on Pinterest, and was instantly interested. i didn't re-pin it, so i'm afraid i can't send credit to anyone in particular, but i think it's such a cool thing to do for the new year. i'm going to be putting up my new year's resolutions tomorrow, and although this isn't a resolution as such this will be included.
i honestly had no clue what to call this post, so sorry if you're reading this post clueless.

you will need:
a jar
a pen
some paper

it's such a simple thing to motivate yourself to do, but you basically take a jar (any jar, any size, it can have a lid or not) and whenever something good happens you just write it down and put it inside.
it's such a simple idea, but then when you're feeling sad, orat the end of the year you can reflect on all the good times you've had. it can be as small as a good exam result, or more blog followers; it's all positive!

so this was just a quick post today, but i thought this was such a cute idea i had to hare with you all! please comment below if you're thinking of doig this, or something similair :)

bye, and have a good last day of 2012!!

christmas goodies+festive summary

hello lovelys,
i hope you all had a great christmas, and as promised, here is a little summary of mine. i didn't take too many pictures on the day, so the ones i have to show you are mainly christmas trees, and now looking the picture of my presents looks very bright and surreal in contrast!
before i start i'd like to say that i am definitely not gloating or bragging, but i love to read these posts and i think everyone like to have a cheeky little nose at what people have received, even i they don't like to admit it! so i am definitely not showing off, it's the last thing i'd want to do... but here are some pictures!
christmas tree on christmas eve

gorgeous festive wood burner at my great-aunties

christmas tree at my grandparents on the day after boxing day (?)... and my sock!

amazing festive display at a hotel (taken on my phone-sorry about the blurring)

cutest little face ever

some of the gifts i recieved!
i had an amazing christmas this year. i didn't really know what i wanted so mainly got little gifts from my family, and then some money and a stocking from my parents. i got quite a few clothes but they are impossible to photograph so they will hopefully be shown in an ootd soon! i also got quite a few nail varnishes but they didn't fit in the grid and two have already been featured (this post) so i thought i'd leave them out, and can do a seperate post if requested!
i thought i'd show you some of the smaller, more unique gifts i received so...

really big words trivia quiz (stocking)
owl necklace (parents)
l'occitane almond shower oil (grandparents!)
divine dogs puzzle game (stocking)
cath kidston purse (great auntie and uncle)
jack wills 'english velvet' soap and sephora 'lagoon' bath fizz (stocking)
sass&belle owl decoration (stocking)
dog brooch (brother)
monsoon picture frame (family friends)

so that is just a snippet of the things i received! i mainly showed you smaller gifts and stocking fillers but i just had to put my new purse in there. isn't she a beaut? i've wanted a cath kidston purse for sooo long, and i'm soooo pleased with it! i got some goofy things, like the dogs game but it's all in the
name of festivity, eh? and i've been wanting that shower oil for aages, though why my mum asked my grandparents to get it i'll never know!
i had an amazing christmas, and please link your festive summaries down below for me to read, as they're my favourite type of post to read!
i should have some new year themed posts headed your way tomorrow but for now, bye!!

Loving and lusting #4

Sorry I've missed a couple of these loving and lusting posts, but with being ill and having Christmas I feel I kind of had an excuse! I'm back this week, although I do have a confession to make. I was looking through my favorite websites online, and I just couldn't really find anything I wanted clothing wise! I just got everything I wanted for Christmas. But I searched and searched, and although some may say it's not strictly clothes here is the first item on my wishlist this week...
1- clothes.
This headband from Topshop is just gorgeous. I think knitted headbands look so cute in the colder months, especially in January and February when we're not feeling festive, just cold. If you're a regular reader of my blog you can probably tell how much I love the colour burgundy by now so this definitely follows that pattern...
2- beauty.
One thing I have decided recently is I need to take more care over my eyebrows. My hair follows my Italian genes so my eyebrows are very bushy and wild. Normally I just fill in the ends where the hair is a bit more sparse and thin, and then use a clear MUA mascara but a tinted brow gel would just make putting my makeup on in the morning so much easier. This one is expensive, but I've heard so many good things about Anastasia as a brand I'm sure it would be worth it.
3- random.
I saw Gemma mention this book in her latest haul video recently, and was instantly drawn in. It's definitely the kind of geeky thing I find interesting, but I think it would be perfect for flicking through when I'm bored and would look great on my shelf! And you can see how boring the fonts I use are... (picture) It's also great that the fonts come on a CD to use, which would be great for blogging. I assure you I wouldn't read this as a bedtime story though, so don't be worried.
As always, I hope you enjoyed this post, and hopefully I'll be back tomorrow for a new post, we shall see...

Festive party nails!

Hi everyone!

I hope you all had a great Christmas, and got everything you wished for and overall had lots of fun! I certainly did, and thought I would show you what's on my nails at the moment!

This is such a simple and quick style to put on your nails, but still has all the glitter and festive colours you may want for New Year. Obviously the colours may not go with your outfit, but you could easily swap them out to match.

1356726495-picsay.jpg
Sorry if the pink nail looks weird, I was rushing out the door and it was still wet when I took it!

I actually thought Jem (the glitter) was red when I first saw it on the Topshop website. I put it over Raspberry to make it more opaque and it was pink! But i can rock pink and green, I'm fine with that...

Anyway, Jem is an absolutely gorgeous glitter. The light kept reflecting off in weird ways so I couldn't take a photo of it, but the chunks of glitter in it are amazing. There are different sizes and... just everybody get yourself to Topshop asap.

Jem and Peacock green were both Christmas presents, and I love the green equally as much as Jem. It's such a gorgeous festive colour, and Mavala is such a lovely brand in general; there little bottles are soo cute!

I think I've rambled well enough about my nails for one post so goodbye! I hope you've enjoyed this post, it's my first nailsy one so let me know what you thought! I'll hopefully be popping up a small selection of my Christmas presents up in a post soon so watch out for that!

My Week #1

Hi everyone!
Before I start with this post I'd like to apologise for being absent for the last week with my blog. I came down ill, and I won't go into the details but I just couldn't summon up the energy to do anything, even my loving and lusting post. So I've kind of missed the boat for Christmas gift suggestions now, there go my taken pictures. But I'll try and put up some Christmassy posts, look out for those!
Anyway, I thought I would make it a feature on my blog to put up instagram pictures each week, as a summary post. This first post is a week and a half bonus one as I've been ill but usually it will just be the week.
Username: fuchsiaforest

key to my heart.

Hi everyone,
Today I thought I'd put up an outfit of the day for you. I was thinking about this the other day, and I probably prefer fashion to beauty, but I just find it so much easier to take beauty pictures. I don't know what I find so difficult about taking outfit photos, I think I'm just a generally awkward person!
Anyway, I wore this outfit on Sunday and I thought it was really nice and simple, but loved that it was like key to my heart, with the necklace and jumper.
Jumper- Whisper/ Skirt- Miss Selfridge/ Shoes- Clark's/ Necklace- Unknown
(I can't find the exact colour for the brogues but the link sends you to the brown pair of the same style)
(Also, the skirt is the link to petites. I am very tall, and definitely not petite with skirts [length!] but this is perfectly fine for me)
I bought this skirt a while ago for a concert, because I just love the skater trend. This probably wouldn't be the colour I would usually choose but I've worn it a ridiculous amount. I love the way it can make an outfit that bit smarter, yet still casual.
I know it's annoying when this happens in an outfit post, but the jumper isn't a widely available item, I'm afraid. I bought it in January this year from a stall at Spitalfields market. The label in it says Whisper, but I just think it's a really nice lighter jumper and the colours are quite unique and so autumnal.
Again, I'm not quite sure where the necklace is from as I brought it from a stand at the ideal home show Christmas show. However, it's a pretty simple design that should be easy to pick up a version of in other shops. Although I do think this is a lovely brushed antique gold colour.
And the shoes. The glorious, beautiful, oxblood brogues. I love how they make the outfit that bit preppy, yet still on-trend because of the gorgeous colour. And because they're Clark's they're really comfortable.
So I hope you all enjoyed this kind of shaky outfit post, please let me know what you thought!
Bye!!xx
*Just thought I'd add that I now have tumblr! I thought it would be a nice addition to the fuchsiaforest network and a lot of my favourite bloggers use it so I decided to jump on the bandwagon! The link is below*

Loving and lusting... #3 The Christmas Special

Hi lovelys!
Sorry about the lack of posts this week. I don't really have an excuse but the pictures I had taken last weekend had turned out badly, and I can only take pictures at the weekend because of getting back from school when it's already dark. I was going to put a gift guide up, but thought it was a bit weird to do that as well as this wishlist post.
So this is the Christmas edition!! It's not such a gift guide but more of things on my Christmas list that are Christmasy!

1-clothes.
For this post, I had to choose a Christmas jumper for my clothing item. There was no other option. I really love baggy jumpers like this one and although it is men's I think it's quite almost stylish, and I like it for the ability to wear it after the festive period. Maybe. I also really love the colours. I would like a cheesy Christmas primark jumper as well, but we don't have a primark near us so havn't been able to get one yet. It's quite pricy at £30 but my brother has one of their jumpers and it's so cozy. (He wasn't too happy when he saw me trying it on though.) This one is more of a sweatshirt, so a little bit different.

2-beauty.
I struggled a bit for this one, as there are so many beautiful Christmas collections out this year. But eventually I decided, following Anna's lead. (I make this sound as if I've bought these. I havn't.) The essie winter 2012 minis collection. I really like how there are colours that could be worn way into summer, as well as the traditional festive glitters. I particularly love 'leading lady', the gorgeous sparkly burgundy. I can't actually find the set anywhere so the link is for the full sized bottles I'm afraid.

3-random.
Ok, this week's really is random, but I just thought it was so cute and festive, and will put a smile on your face every time you use it. I also think almost everyone (definitely in England, I'm not sure if they have it in other counties?) knows the saying. It's also pretty affordable and would be a really nice gift.

Hope you've enjoyed, bye!xx

Loving and lusting... #2

Hi lovelys!!

Today I have my second instalment for loving and lusting for you. If you didn't see last week's post the link is here, where I explain the premises of the feature.

I love the look of this t-shirt. I wear t-shirts all the time, as I dance so they are perfect for wearing with leggings. I think the design is so cute, and the colour is quite unique but I love it. This top is on my Christmas list, so I'm hoping! It is quite expensive, but I think it's worth it.

2-beauty.
I've seen quite a lot of beauty bloggers rave about this product, and it looks gorgeous. It's basically a hair oil, but my hair is feeling a bit neglected at the moment, and my frizz is just unbearable so I'm hoping it will fix-if not help- it. Just so you know, it's the rich oil I'm looking at, not the normal. This is also on my Christmas list.

3-random.

I'm really loving Taylor Swift at the moment, I'm not sure how. I just seem to have rekindled my love for her music! And guess what? Her new album, Red... on my Christmas list! Yeah, so all I have to say is really that I love her upbeat and slower music, and think she's so gorgeous!

So I hope you all enjoyed this, see you soon!
Bye!!xx

Rose review: Max Factor Eye Brightening Tonal Black Volumising Review

Hi lovelys,

When I needed a new mascara a while ago, I just had a little look around Boots and thought this one looked interesting. I picked it up, so here's my review of this Max Factor mascara!

The reason I picked this one up especially was really because of its 'tonal' properties. It comes in three different varieties (one for brown eyes, one for blue and one for green), and claims to brighten the colour of your eyes. I personally don't see much difference in this specific area, in the bottle or on my eyes, but my eyes definitely look bright! (pictures of my eyes aren't edited)

Wand, tube and eyes with it on.
I really like both the formulation and wand of this mascara. I like how together you can get a nice natural look (like above), but is easily built up to very dramatic lashes. I'd say it's definitely more suited for people who need length rather than fullness or volume, because although it makes my lashes voluminous, it really takes the prize for its lengthening properties. Individually, the brush is perfect for me: not too small, but not unreasonably huge. The formulation is really nice and doesn't clump at all.

£7.99 here.

So I hope you all enjoyed this post, and let me know if you have this and what you thought!!
Bye!!xx

Loving and lusting... #1

Hi everyone!
Today I thought I'd start a new feature on my blog called "loving and lusting." The idea is basically that every Sunday morning I will put up a post showing you the 3 things top of my wishlist this week. If you like the idea, feel free to join in and link up your posts below.
Every week I will show you all a fashion, beauty and random lust, if you're planning on joining in.
As its getting near Christmas a few of these things are on my list, so (hopefully!!) maybe you'll see them featured soon...

1-clothes.
I follow Ella Henderson on Twitter (@ellahenderson), and have seen her mention these squeaky jumpers quite a lot. I think they're so cute and fun, and with leggings think they'd make a lovely casual outfit! They're quite novelty, so would make for a perfect gift! I like all the designs but as I had to choose one this is probably my favorite. They are quite expensive, though at £39.95

2-beauty.
For beauty I really love the look of this Bobbi Brown creamy concealer kit. It's such a hyped up product that I'd love to try; it looks gorgeous, practical and well worth the money. I've seen so many good reviews and although it doesn't apply to me think it's great they have such a wide colour range. It's £24.
3-random.
I think this cushion from Urban Outfitters is just so cute and fun. I can just imagine it making a room look so lovely, and the first thing I think when I see it is Aubin & Wills! I've seen it (or something very similar) in the background of some of essiebutton's videos and it looks gorgeous. It's £26.

So I hope you've all enjoyed this post, and hopefully it will become a regular feature!

Rose review: REN hydra-calm global protection day cream

Hi everyone!
When I got a sample of this moisturiser a while back, I wasn't too excited. I'm not sure why, it may have been because I knew I would never repurchase it due to REN being such a high-end brand and was afraid of falling in love; it may have been because I thought I would only get a few uses out of it due to it being such a small sample.

But oh my god I love this so much.
So much.
Soo, so much.
SO MUCH.

Yep, really that much, haha :)

Ok, so raving aside I'll get on with the review...
In terms of the brand and packaging it's a thumbs up from me. I love REN for its ethos, and find the packaging so lovely. I just wish it was a tiny but cheaper to be honest! Because as much as I rave about this product, it's like £30 for the full size, which I would just never spend on a moisturiser.
However, in terms of its moisturising capabilities it is AB.SO.LUTE.LY. AMAZING.
And trust me, I'm not exaggerating. As I'm using it very sparingly I've been using it as a kind of treatment cream. And I joke not, I put this on a dry patch on my forehead a couple of nights ago, and when I woke up it was completely back to normal and as moisturised as...... Something very moisturised! Oh and also, for a patch around 2-3 square inches big I used an amount literally equal to an ant. Smaller than a pea. Waay smaller.
I also used this on my holiday when my skin was soo dry, clogged up with suncream and just awful from jumping in and out of the pool multiple times a day. And a pea sized amount all over my face saved.my.skin.

So that's my review finished, I know I got a bit excited but I hope you enjoyed and found it useful! If you have any questions feel free to contact me (email at top of page in contact me).

Rose review: Paperchase Rosemary and Peppermint Scented Bubble Bath

Hi everyone!
Today I have a review of this Paperchase bubble bath for you. Now I would never usually go to Paperchase for bath or beauty products, but I was given this for ny birthday so thought I would try it out.

I actually really like the packaging of this. Even though it's plastic, I love the little old-school 'bottle top'. This doesn't actually open and you have to open the whole top which I was a bit disappointed with, but I love the overall appearance.

In terms of the actual product, the colour is very nice. It doesn't transfer to the bath. The scent is nice and relaxing, albeit not very strong. It makes nice bubbles, and obviously the speed you finish it up at depends on how bubbly you like your bath!

I don't really know what else to say about this, but overall I think this is a really nice product, and would be a really good gift for someone just getting into beauty, as it isn't especially luxurious but lovely all the same.

I'm not sure about the cost as it was a gift, but you should be able to get it in Paperchase.

I hope you enjoyed this post and as always feel free to comment below!

bang

BANG!!!
Unless you live under a rock, you will know for the past few weeks, fireworks have been banging everywhere, particularly where I live. I was going to do a dedicated post but we didn't really go to any fireworks because we were away for when most of them were on. So we just drove around a bit because I needed pictures for my art homework.  I'm only going to show one picture because the other thing I want to talk about in this post is cakepops.
I made some firework-themed ones for a cake sale at school, but stupidly forgot to take a picture so this is just the last ones. Sorry about the rubbish photo but I had to do it quickly before they all got eaten up!
So basically, would you like to see some cakepop-themed, baking posts? What are your thoughts on that?

So sorry this is a bit of a random post but hope you enjoyed it. If you have a fireworks post please leave your links below.

FMS photo a day October summary!

Hi everyone!
Today I thought I would do a summary of the pictures I took everyday in October for FMS photo a day. If you don't know what it is, Chantelle, the writer of her blog Fat Mum Slim (link), basically gives a list of prompts and you have to put up a photo every day based on that prompt. You can upload it to any social network platform you choose, but I chose Twitter and Instagram. I really enjoyed it and would reccommend! I want to do the December one but I'm away for the first day or two of the month so I'm not sure if it will work...
So here the pictures and the list! My blogger sometimes mixes the order of the pictures in posts up so the first picture should be the leaf in the puddle. After that they're all in order, except for day 7 which is the last picture (there's a gap).
If any of you did this 'challenge', feel free to leave them below! Bye!xx

I <3 Fall/Autumn tag!!

Hi everyone!
Recently this tag has been everywhere in the blogging and YouTubing worlds so I thought I would hop on the bandwagon. I wasn't tagged in particular, but the three ones that really pushed me to do it were Islay's (link), Laura's (link), and Tanya's (link).

Question 1: What is your favourite fall/autumn lip product?
I'm afraid I'm going to have to be really boring on this one and say lip balm. I know, I know, and I do love the berry lip trend but I just can't wear it to school and lip balm is honestly my saviour in the colder (11) months in England.

Question 2: What is your favourite fall/autumn nail polish?
My last post on here was on my four favourite A/W nail varnishes (link), so I won't go into too much detail, but Barry M raspberry and pink silver glitter, and Topshop gone fishing and blitz.

Question 3: Favourite fall/autumn Starbucks drink?
I'm afraid to say it, but I've never actually been to Starbucks or Costa or anywhere like that. I know it's practically a crime but my parents are real coffee snobs so they won't go there. I'm hoping to do a favourite hot chocolates post soon though so look out for that!

Question 4: Favourite fall/autumn candle?
I'd love to have really expensive candles, but I just don't trust myself to have one in my room so only burn them when I'm in the bath. At the moment I'm loving the Next Autumn Spice candle (review), but want to get some Yankee Candle tealights as I just got a really cute tealight holder and love the Yankee Candle scents.

Question 5: Favourite fall/autumn scarf/accessory?
For this I have two snoods. The cream one is from Dorothy Perkins last year and I think it's perfect for wearing as part of an outfit. The navy one is from Accessorize and is huge so perfect for wearing when it's really cold with a coat. I also have an amazing pair of gloves which will feature soon. Back to scarves, I really love the tartan scarf trend, especially the one from H&M everyone has but I'm a bit wary because my school uniform is tartan,so don't want to look like I'm wearing my school scarf!

Question 6: Haunted house, haunted hayride or haunted corn maze?
This is obviously an American tag so I've never been on any of them but they all sound really cool!

Question 7: Favourite Halloween movie?
Again, this isn't as relevant in England as it is in America, but I absolutely hate scary films, so have never really seen a Halloween movie.

Question 8: Favourite candy to eat on Halloween?
I love trick-or-treating but don't like sweets (yes, you read that right) so chocolate.

Question 9: What are you dressing up as for Halloween?
Half term is a week later this year so we're away for Halloween, which is so annoying! So I'm not dressing up as anything.

Question 10: What is your favourite thing about fall/autumn?
I know this is really cliched, but I love all the leaves and beautiful colours, and I love that it is almost Christmas and I also like how it's really easy to be crafty.

So I hope you enjoyed this post everyone! I'm going away tomorrow so will hopefully have a post for you up on Sunday. I tag everyone, but would love to see Jade from Dotty Dolly (link) do it! And if you've done it please leave your links below!
Bye!xx

Favourite A/W nail varnishes!

Hi everyone!
As you may know, it is now half term and as I can't wear nail varnish during term time I suddenly become obsessed in the holidays. I know I'm a bit late for this as its practically winter here in England now, but hey-ho. Also, I don't quite know why I chose one of the summeriest, most pastelly backgrounds ever, but we live and learn ;)
I've chosen 4 colours, from two different brands. 2 of them are really cliched autumnal colours but one of them definitely isn't.

The first is Barry M raspberry. I'm pretty sure everyone and their dog (or is it mother?!) has this and I can see why. It's pretty much the perfect pinky-reddy toned burgundy and it looks so nice on the nails. Barry M nail varnishes are also obviously really cheap (£2.99) and good quality, and can be found in Boots and Superdrug.

Next is Barry M pink silver glitter. An extremely inventive name, but I think this is just the perfect colour to complement burgundies as it has flecks of pink glitter as well as silver (as the name would suggest). I'm wearing it in the picture below over raspberry (I like to call my nail painting style shabby chic, just FYI).

Another favourite is Topshop blitz. This is again a burgundy (current favourite colour), but is a metallic and has a really pretty golden shimmer to it. It can be found in Topshop for £6.

My last pick is a bit different, and is Topshop gone fishing. It is primarily a S/S shade, it being mint, but it has more green to it so verges on the khaki side of things. I also think it can be nice to have some lighter colours, even in winter. This one is £5. Oh, and by coincidence it's exactly the same colour as the background!

To sandwich in these colours, I use OPI start-to-finish for base and Sally Hansen insta-dri for masses of shine! I won't say too much about these now as I will probably do reviews, so look out for those.

So hope you enjoyed this post! What are your favourite A/W shades? Thanks for reading! Bye!xx

(PS. Sorry about the lack of posts lately but I had a geography essay due in yesterday that I lost all of  Saturday.)

Next Autumn Spice Candle

This year for me has been one of those ones when you get obsessed with that one particular season. Does anyone else know the feeling?
Well it's happened to me this Autumn, and I've been obsessed with trying to find some perfect scents. I'm going to check out the Yankee candle stuff when I get a chance, and can't wait for the body shop's Christmas stock to come out, but this candle is perfect for now, in Autumn.
And what is the candle? It's the next autumn spice candle. Next is not somewhere I would look for candles to be honest, but I was pleasantly surprised!
I'm afraid I'm rubbish at describing scents, but to me this is the perfect Autumn scent; spicy but not too spicy! Whilst the scent doesn't fill the room as much as more expensive ones, for £3.50 you can't complain.

I love it!!

(I can't find a link, but saw they do a festive spice multi wick one...)

Thanks for reading!!xx

Rose Review: Tangle teezer original styler- pink

Hi everyone
These hairbrushes have been around for a while now, but I'd never really thought about getting one. Until now. If you don't know what they are, they're basically small plastic hairbrushes that promise to get rid of all your tangles.
They come in lots of different colours, from sparkly purple to orange to black! I got mine in pink as I... Well like pink!!
So what do I think?
I personally love it. I think it brushes through my hair and does get rid of all the tangles. Obviously if you don't like plastic hairbrushes this isn't going to be for you, but I really like the slight massagey feeling it gives on your head. I know quite a few people with very thick hair think it doesn't brush their hair properly... I don't know as my hair is kind of normal, but I will say to me it feels like it's only brushing the top layer of hair, but when you run your fingers through it, it is completely brushed.
I got mine from Amazon, where it was around £8 with free delivery (link), but I also saw it was £7 in Rush, but more delivery costs.
Hope you enjoyed this post, and let me know your thoughts on it!
Bye!!xx

***on a side note, I saw on my box a limited edition Shaun the sheep compact styler is coming out. I.Need.This.In.My.Life. I never really watched the programme, but we're talking about a hairbrush with SHEEP on it here. S h e e p***

Models own wonderland collection!!

Hi everyone!
I don't usually do this type of post as I think they're better when their PR have contacted you, but I just had to share this new models own collection with you.

According to their Facebook page, it's available in their bottle shop in Westfield now and in boots stores. As far as I can see, it's not on the boots website just yet buy is coming on the models own website next Friday, the 12th of October.

They say...

"Five magical polishes ranging in gradients of subtle to dense glitter for a sophisticated grown up glimmer. For a manicured finish use the iridescent shades to give an accent of glitter, or be brave and layer up the polish until it's opaque! Each polish gives a different nail finish from frosty to full on snowstorm."

The colours are Jack frost, a wash of iridescent soft sparkle in a translucent cloudy base; Snowflake, a mesmerising transparent mix of white gold flakes; Southern lights, an opaque holographic multi-tonal glitter in a lilac finish; Northern lights, a fine holographic multi-tonal glitter in a pink finish; and Blizzard, a dense mix of hand cut glitters to give a silver day-night sparkle!

I personally love it, and think it's the first collection I've ever loved every single polish of, and really want to buy it now. I love that there are transparent AND opaque glitters and think it's a properly festive collection. Buutttt, it could also be worn in other seasons!! These sets usually retail for £30 but I'll update you when I know.

What do you think of this new collection?! Have your bought it yet?
Bye!!xxx

Rose Review: Stackers jewellery box

Hi everyone!!
Today I have a review of the Stackers jewellery boxes for you!
For my birthday this year, I got one of these jewellery boxes. I'd seen these occasionally before in John Lewis but never really heard much of them, particularly in the blogging community.
So what are they, and why are they so special?
What's different about these is basically that you can personalise it! Stackers are bought in parts, and come in loads of different colours and designs. So not only can you choose the colour and lining, you can also choose the actual physical shape. So if you have lots of rings, you can choose one with more ring spaces etc.
I got mine in the bright (fuchsia!!) Pink colour, with the smaller flowered lining, and the standard lid and three-sectioned parts. But there are soo many options to choose from. As you can see, I don't have too much jewellery at the moment, but what I like about these is that you can just build your box up as you get more jewellery. They are also quite reasonable in price and would make a great Christmas present. You can also get them in mini sizes.
Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed it! Bye!!x

Available from John Lewis.
